Q: I love the earth-friendly idea of publishing with less tree damage. Briefly, how does the process work?

A: Briefly, you write the book or record the audio/video, get it into a digitally deliverable format and create the art work that will best enhance your product. Then when you deliver those to us electronically, we help you write the sales page and we set up the page on our website and make your product ready to deliver to the customer, including setting up your product in our shopping cart.


Q: I am imagining the ease of cut-and-paste and wondering about plagiarism and copyright.

A: We register the book by giving it an ISBN and copyrighting it - that's all the protection you'll really need.


Q: My book idea includes text with detail and the idea for a "pocket companion" with easy reminders. The pocket companion book would be small and a physical book. Perhaps e-format would be perfect for the text with detail. If a book is published through EarthFriendlypublishing, is the author then free to "off-shoot" to other formats with his / her book?

A: Yes, of course you're free to (and we encourage you to) use as many venues as possible to get your work out there. At EFP, we are specializing in digital delivery, though, and won't be able to help you with the publication of the "pocket companion". Something you might want to consider, and this is something we'll talk about in the seminar, is that perhaps there are digital formats that will work superbly with your "pocket" idea and circumvent entirely the need for a paper version of your work.


Q: I have chosen to self publish my book in paperback. In addition, I would like to create musical CDs, training CDs and DVDs to instruct and support others. Would it still be a benefit for me to enroll in your program even though I've committed to self-publishing the paperback?

A: I think that what we're doing in this program would be of huge benefit to you.  We'll be doing several sections about how to integrate music, video and audio into your product - and with our site, we can set it up to be delivered to the end user quickly and easily.  We can show you ways to integrate these three to give your work far greater impact than music, audio and video by themselves.


Q: Are you looking just for materials regarding personal and spiritual growth or are other subjects candidates for consideration as well?

A: We think that EFP is big enough to be a space for people to express their creativity, no matter which direction that takes you.


Q: What is a teleseminar?

A: A teleseminar is a seminar that takes place over the phone - you can access it from wherever you can get phone service.


Q: Do I access it / participate from my computer, telephone, or ???

A: You can access it from either or both. You won't be able to participate directly with the conversation over the computer, though.


Q: Is it interactive?

A: Very.


Q: Is there a scheduled duration?

A: Each call is scheduled to last about an hour, but we make allowances for questions, etc. Plan on an hour and a half.


Q: Can I re-view it later?

A: Of course - all materials, including recordings of calls, will be available on the Mentoring Program site.

With you having completed the Earth Friendly Publishing eBook Seminar, we guarantee to publish your work, in electronic format,
on the Earth Friendly Publishing (EFP) site under the following conditions:
By submitting a work to EFP for sale, you guarantee that your work is original, does not infringe on the copyright of any person or product and assume full legal responsibility if it does.
You must deliver the completed work to us, with sales copy and any graphics you'd like to use, within 6 months of the finish of the course.
EFP will set up a sales page, load the product for delivery, take payments and deliver the product to the end user.
You will receive 75% of the gross revenue of all sales of your product.  The 25% charge is for website hosting and transaction fees.
Under these terms, we will host your product for as long as you desire.  In the event that EFP is sold, we will do our best to make sure that these terms stay in place,
but you may have to renegotiate the terms of your agreement with the new owner.
